Niki Live Streaming Content Guidelines

A comfortable, engaging, and interactive livestream environment is key to attracting followers, increasing popularity, and boosting earnings. To support this, the platform has developed these guidelines to clarify content standards and promote best practices.

The platform will evaluate and recommend livestream content based on this guide. All streamers are required to read and follow it carefully.

1. Prohibited Content

Involvement in the following content may result in suspension of streaming rights, cancellation of rewards, and account bans. Prohibited Content Management Rules＞

1.1 Fake or Misleading Streaming

·Broadcasting by someone other than the registered host

·Using photos or pre-recorded videos to simulate live streaming

·One person operating multiple accounts to go live

1.2 Content Violations

·Pornography, drug use, gambling, and violent or gory content

·Underage individuals streaming

1.3 Poor-Quality Streams

·Long periods with no host presence or no face shown

·Streaming while lying down or slouching

·Sleeping during livestream

2. Discouraged Content

Involvement in the following content may lead to reduced exposure, lower rewards, and restrictions on participating in platform events. Low-Quality Stream Policy＞

2.1 Passive or Unengaged Streaming Behavior

·Prolonged silence or microphone muted

·Intentionally hiding the face or only partially showing it

2.2 Lack of Basic Interaction

·Repeatedly ignoring valid requests from viewers to join the stream

·Minimal interaction with viewers, creating a cold or inactive atmosphere

3. Encouraged Content

Livestreams that meet the following criteria will be prioritized for exposure, receive increased rewards, and be eligible to join platform events.

3.1 Active Engagement

·Chatting actively with viewers to create an exciting atmosphere

·Inviting viewers to join the stream (mic interaction)

·Encouraging follows to build loyal fanbases

3.2 Quality Streaming Setup

·Bright, comfortable streaming environment

·Clear audio and video quality

·Use of professional audio devices (e.g. sound cards)

4. Featured Content

The platform provides this type of content with trending placement, exclusive rewards, and event invitations as incentives.

4.1 Singing Livestreams

·Singing performance should occupy at least 50% of total stream duration

·Use of sound card or professional audio setup, with high-quality visuals

4.2 PK (Battle) Livestreams

·Engaging and interactive PK sessions with proper pacing

·Fun and simple reward/punishment mechanisms to enhance entertainment value

Niki Live Livestream Prohibited Content Management Rules

1. General Rules

1.1 Purpose: To guide streaming conduct and foster a healthy platform environment

1.2 Scope: Applies to all hosts streaming on this platform and any linked accounts

1.3 Instant Enforcement: If any violations are detected, the stream will be paused for 5 minutes and a risk warning will be displayed

2. Violation Types & Safety Score Deductions

2.1 Fake Live Broadcast

2.2 Content Policy Violation

2.3 Poor Quality Stream

3. Safety Score Mechanism

3.1 Safety Score Rules

·Each host starts with a Safety Score of 24 points. Points will be deducted once per violation based on the table’s deduction criteria

·The Safety Score intervals and their associated penalties are as follows:

3.2 Account Recovery and Appeals

·Gain 3 points for every 7-day period without any new violations

·Manual review: You can appeal within 24 hours. If the deduction was a mistake, points will be reset and streaming privileges reinstated

4. Additional Terms for Permanent Account Bans

4.1 Beyond the “serious violations leading to permanent bans” detailed in the above table, any occurrence of the following will result in immediate permanent account suspension, regardless of the current Safety Score:

·Any unlawful conduct, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, and similar offenses

·Causing major public backlash or negative impact on society

·Other serious violations disrupting community order, as identified by the platform

5. Additional Provisions

5.1 The platform’s risk control team is responsible for interpreting these regulations and may update them as needed to comply with changes in laws and regulations

5.2 These regulations take effect immediately upon release, replacing all previous related rules

Niki Live Low-Quality Stream Policy

1. Overview

1.1 Purpose

These rules are established to foster a healthy streaming platform environment, enhance content quality, and protect user experience. They are designed to guide host conduct, minimize low-quality streams, and promote a positive, healthy, and well-organized streaming community

1.2 Applicable Scope

These rules govern the live streaming activities of all hosts on the platform, regardless of content type or streaming time

2. Criteria and Penalties for Low-Quality Content

2.1 Unengaged or Passive Streaming Behavior

2.1.1 Deliberately hiding the upper body from the camera

(1) Criteria

In indoor streams, if the host’s face is not visible for 2 minutes or longer continuously (except during dance performances or live events)

(2) Consequences

·Issue a warning

·Temporary decrease in recommendation priority

·If the behavior lasts 5 minutes or more, the stream will be interrupted and 2 points will be subtracted

2.1.2 Deliberately lying down, propping oneself up face down, sleeping, or similar behavior

(1) Criteria

In indoor streams, if the host lies down, lies face down, sleeps, or exhibits similar behavior for 2 minutes or longer continuously

(2) Consequences

·Issue a warning

·Temporary decrease in recommendation priority

·If the behavior lasts 5 minutes or more, the stream will be interrupted and 2 points will be subtracted

2.2 Insufficient Viewer Engagement

2.2.1 Deliberately muting the mic and avoiding all audience interaction

(1) Criteria

If the host mutes the microphone and ignores the audience for 3 minutes or longer during the stream

(2) Consequences

·Issue a warning

·Temporary decrease in recommendation priority

·If the behavior lasts 10 minutes or more, the stream will be interrupted and 2 points will be subtracted

2.2.2 Deliberately refusing to respond to viewers’ requests to join the mic

(1) Criteria

During one streaming session, the host rejects or ignores viewer mic requests 3 or more times without valid reason

(2) Consequences

·Issue a warning

·Temporary decrease in recommendation priority

·If the impact is deemed serious, the stream will be terminated and 2 points will be deducted from the Safety Score

2.2.3 Deliberately avoiding all forms of interaction with the audience

(1) Criteria

If the host remains unresponsive—no replies to comments or audience engagement—for 3 minutes or longer, leading to a stagnant or disengaged stream

(2) Consequences

·Issue a warning

·Temporary decrease in recommendation priority

·If the behavior lasts 10 minutes or more, the stream will be interrupted and 2 points will be subtracted

2.3 Details of Disciplinary Actions

Temporary Demotion	Reduce the host’s recommendation opportunities on the platform and revoke their eligibility for recommendation spots for 15 minutes. The host can regain eligibility after improving their behavior
Forcefully end the live stream	Immediately end the ongoing live stream
Subtract points from the Safety Score	Impacts host task rewards and visibility ranking; please refer to the “Safety Score Rules” for details

3. Penalty Accumulation Consequences

Note: The reward task will resume once the Safety Score reaches 18 points or higher.

4. Enforcement Guidelines

4.1 Management Approach

The platform uses a dual-layer management system combining AI monitoring and manual review:

·AI continuously monitors streaming behavior in real time

·Manual teams review flagged rooms and perform random checks

4.2 Inspector Roles

Inspectors maintain order and a healthy streaming environment by:

·Monitoring via multiple channels — official accounts, backend tools, and AI systems

·Conducting real-time monitoring to quickly identify low-quality behavior

·Accurately detecting violations based on platform rules, such as negative attitudes and lack of engagement

·Performing focused spot-checks on popular streams and during high-risk times

4.3 Frequency of Monitoring

Inspections cover all streaming hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. AI monitoring runs continuously, with manual teams focusing on peak times and rooms with higher violation rates

4.4 Appeal Process

Hosts can appeal penalties within 24 hours after notification. The platform will review and respond within 24 hours

5. Additional Provisions

These rules are issued and explained by the platform’s risk control team and become effective immediately upon release. The platform commits to ongoing improvements in management standards to support a healthy content environment
